Stage Galvanized & Epoxy-Coated Black
Powdercoat Process
Our four stage galvanized black powdercoat
process is so durable we offer a 5-year
limited warranty on it! First, the tube
is immersed in a phosphate bath to clean
and prepare the surface. Next, it is hot
dip galvanized to provide a corrosion
resistant layer inside and out. Then,
an epoxy-coat layer is applied, inside
and out, as yet another barrier to corrosion.
Finally, a resilient layer of semi-gloss
black powdercoat is applied – giving the
tube a gleaming yet tough finish. |
