There would be no possible way to duplicate hundredds of a single part number accurately without a precision engineered assembly fixture. Our fixtures are manufactured by our very skilled craftsmen in a clean working environment. Our assembly jigs are built with overkill in mind, using only thick walled tubing and structural steel. Once our fixtures are made, they remain unbent, completely aligned and safe from damage. We put the time and effort into fabricating our fixtures so you dont have to spend any extra time "tweaking" or "fixing" our systems when installing them.

Each and every jig fixture has been built by taking the first "one-off" prototype unit and constructing a strong, precise, hand made mould. Moulds allow our staff to build thousands of production built systems for a particular car or truck each year. Some of our very best selling part numbers currently are assembled on fixtures that have run upward of 100,000 parts from the original jig fixture. MBRP Warranty

Effective immediately MBRPinc has doubled the warranty that it offers on XP Series (T409) exhaust systems to an industry leading ten (10) years.

All other aspects of our warranty policy remain unchanged. The warranty applies against rust through, defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser on record. The extended period applies to all systems purchased from July 1, 2006 onward.

It is important to ensure that the purchaser is aware that T409 stainless steel will show surface oxidization. If a total rust-free system is desired (i.e. for a show vehicle) serious consideration should be given to our Pro Series T304 systems.
